Question by : Remember in 2008 when Obots argued that McCain was ineligible? He wasnt, but whatabout Rubio?
No naturalized statutory US Citizen is a natural born citizen. So the law already says Obama is ineligible. All US Code 1401 A1S8 naturalized citizens aren’t natural born citizens, so Obama is not a natural born citizen. DEMOCRATS ALREADY KNOW THIS SINCE THEY ARGUED THIS ABOUT MCCAIN BACK IN 2008 MEANING DEMOCRATS ARE THE ORIGINAL BIRTHERS. Well turns out McCain was not born of 2 US Citizen parents on US soil so he wasn’t a natural born citizen so the Dems were right! McCain was born ABROAD of 2 US Citizen parents, thus he was a naturalized statutory Citizen only, like Obama who only has 1 US citizen parent.
All naturalized citizens by statute are not natural born citizens, including naturalized born citizens like McCain and Obama.
Since there’s only 2 kinds of US citizens, “naturalized statutory” (like Obama, McCain) and “natural born citizens”, it’s obvious by virtue of even remedial existing law that Obama is not eligible to be president. Thanks to the DEMS for first bringing this up.

THEN there’s the Supreme Court rulings, The Law of Nations, the Congressional Record, and even Obama himself which concur.

Still the dumbots whine about definitions, which is so dumb since the law, is the law, is the law.

So SINCE THE DEMS PROVED THE MEANING OF A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN IN 2008 (2 US CITIZEN PARENTS BORN ON US SOIL), What about Rubio?

“Rubio was born in Miami, Florida,[5] the second son and third child of Mario Rubio (1927–2010)[6] and Oria Garcia (born 1931).”

So Rubio’s parents were born in 1927 and 1931 in Cuba, however Cuba during that era, was a US Protectorate from 1901-1934 under the Platt Amendment:

“The first United States protectorate in the Caribbean was established when the Platt Amendment was incorporated in a treaty with Cuba in 1903. Having helped Cuba win its freedom from Spain, the United States endeavored to assure the political and financial stability of the island republic by limiting its freedom. The Platt Amendment, initially written by Secretary of War Elihu Root, had been attached to the Army Appropriations Bill in 1901 by Senator Orville H. Platt. By one of its many provisions, the United States could intervene in Cuba for the preservation of Cuban independence and for the maintenance of a government adequate for the protection of life, property, and individual liberty. This right of intervention was exercised in 1906–1909, and in subsequent years various American missions were sent to the island to untangle electoral difficulties and financial problems. This protectorate lasted until the administrations of Herbert Hoover and Franklin D. Roosevelt fashioned the Good Neighbor Policy in the early 1930s. In a new treaty signed in 1934, the United States relinquished all its Platt Amendment rights except the right to retain a naval base at Guantánamo Bay.

Puerto Rico is also a US protectorate ceded from Spain; and those born in Puerto Rico are US Citizens:

“The relationship between Puerto Rico and the United States has its origins dating back to the Spanish-American War, in which Spain, under the terms of the Treaty of Paris of 1898, ceded the island to the United States. Puerto Ricans became U.S. citizens in 1917, ”

So if Puerto Ricans are born US Citizens because it was a protectorate, then so were Rubio’s parents.

Then Marco was born in Miami. So he would be a natural born citizen right?
THIS QUESTION IS NOT FOR IDIOTS
only smart people need reply

One of John McCain’s advisers recently called his running mate Sarah Palin a “diva” after she went off-script at a rally, and suggested she was looking after her own political future over the current campaign. Now another adviser ups the ante in a conversation with the Politico’s Playbook, labeling Palin a “whack job.”

Des Moines, IA (PRWEB) June 23, 2006

Grassroots activists from across the Midwest arrived at the Iowa State Republican Convention Saturday, June 17, 2006 hoping to persuade delegates to support Sen. McCain for the 2008 GOP nomination. These campaigners, part of the unprecedented Draft McCain Movement, succeeded in their mission by engaging in honest dialogues with people like Lynn, an Iowan who vehemently opposed McCain’s candidacy prior to Saturday but opened to a potential McCain effort after talking with activists.

Charlie Szrom, Draft McCain Movement Chairman, told Lynn how John McCain represents the values that most conservatives and most Americans believe in: support for our troops’ efforts in Iraq and a commitment to cutting wasteful government spending, among other values. While Lynn might not have been converted to a diehard McCain supporter, she now considers the possibility of supporting him in 2008.

“I’m quite happy with how things went at Iowa,” said Szrom. “A few other presidential hopefuls dropped by, but we were the only grassroots group advocating for the drafting of a major potential 2008 candidate. We received a generally positive response and have sparked vibrant pro-McCain organizing in Iowa.”

The Draft McCain Movement began as an online organization in February of 2006; today it is a nationwide group registered as a Political Action Committee under the name “Committee to Draft John McCain.” Its presence at Iowa was its first grassroots event. The group is not affiliated with John McCain and aims to convince McCain to run by showing him the groundswell of pro-McCain support that exists nationwide.

The group?s website http://www.mccainmovement.com is the center of the movement?s current efforts and acts as a central hub of thoughts and ideas uniting McCain supporters from across the country.

“We’re just a bunch of average Americans hoping to encourage the man we believe best fit for residence at 1600 Pennsylvania to make a run for it,” said Szrom.

Sen. John McCain, once praised as a maverick, has shown himself to be just another political hack. McCain the septuagenarian in the 2008 presidential race brings the grandpa factor front and center. Older should mean wiser, which unfortunately isn’t the case with Mr. McCain, if his unwavering support for George Bush’s failed war policies are any indication. Despite having his first run for the presidency derailed by the Bush crime family, McCain genuflects whenever he’s in the presence of that son of a Bush. Though McCain clearly is the elder statesman in the race, he distains age being mentioned.

Ronald Reagan was older than McCain when he ran for president. For much of his presidency, unbeknownst to you and I, John Q. Public, Mr. Reagan was in various stages of Alzheimer’s disease. Mr. McCain’s is the picture of good health, now that his cancer is in remission.

His insistence that this latest surge be given a chance does make one question his judgment. The war in Iraq cannot, that’s right, I said it, cannot be won militarily. It requires a political solution. The war on terror, like the war on drugs is an oxymoron, a romantic farce, out of the John Wayne school of thought. It is clear that we must respond to the terror threat. A preemptive strike against a country that had nothing to do with the terror we faced isn’t even close to the solution. Mr. McCain apparently thinks that it is, if his vociferous support for that son of a Bush is any indication.

Make no mistake about it; John McCain has served his country in exemplary fashion. Like his predecessors he has a distinguished Navy career. He was shot down out of the sky over Viet Nam and became a five-year occupant of the infamous Hanoi Hilton prison camp. For most of that time, various forms of torture were applied. Given his experience in Viet Nam you would think that he would be staunchly against torture. Initially he was, but in short order, caved in under White House pressure. Mr. McCain appears extremely malleable under White House pressure. I can only speculate as to what Satan, I mean Dick Cheney has on him. As it relates to the war in Iraq, the most critical comment you can get out of him is that the war wasn’t properly executed.

According to McCain, he has always believed that more troops should have been employed. He now argues that the Bush surge is our last chance for a military victory in Iraq. Again, one must question his judgment. What might have worked at the outset of the war has little chance of succeeding at this juncture. Our troops are in the middle of a civil war that we have no stake in. All concerned want us gone. Shia, Sunnis and insurgents are of one mind when it comes to this. McCain wants us to give it one more try. April has proven to be one of the bloodiest and costliest months since the war began. What is McCain’s answer to the carnage? Stay the course one more time.
